Project Scope:	Planning and Feasibility Study. As input for the preparation of a Federal ISTEA grant application, Architect/Transportation Consultant: Performed a ridership analysis of all transportation modes feasibly interchanging at the envisioned terminal, to establish current patronage and projected growth. Analyzed potential sites to make site selection recommendations on a ranked basis. Developed concept building program, terminal design, and site plan, including strategy for phased project development. Analyzed economic and financial factors, including concept cost estimate, funding sources and partners, operating costs, and cash flow model. Prepared an Implementation Program, including Analysis of Federal Mandate and draft Environmental Impact Statement.
Construction Cost:	$61,200,000 including rail and street improvements
