Project Scope: Planning and Feasibility Study. As input for the preparation of a Federal ISTEA grant application, Architect/Transportation Consultant:
  • Performed a ridership analysis of all transportation modes feasibly interchanging at the envisioned terminal, to establish current patronage and projected growth.
  • Analyzed potential sites to make site selection recommendations on a ranked basis.
  • Developed concept building program, terminal design, and site plan, including strategy for phased project development.
  • Analyzed economic and financial factors, including concept cost estimate, funding sources and partners, operating costs, and cash flow model.
  • Prepared an Implementation Program, including Analysis of Federal Mandate and draft Environmental Impact Statement.

Construction Cost: $61,200,000 including rail and street improvements
