Gross Square Feet: 112,500 SF (1st Phase of Construction)

Construction Cost: $20 million

Project Description: New five level concrete framed structure to consist of student support services, seminar rooms, distance learning classrooms, a 200-seat Auditorium, a Learning Resources Center consisting of a library and a 4,500 square-foot computer lab, a food service facility, meeting rooms and administrative offices. It will be linked to a paseo walkway system that will connect all future buildings on campus. Site development of a 10.8 acre campus and a Master Plan for 500,000 SF of future construction.

Project Description: New five-level concrete-framed structure to consist of student support services, seminar rooms, distance learning classrooms, a 300-seat Instructional Theater, a 22,000 SF library, lecture halls, classrooms, bookstore, meeting rooms and administrative offices. It will be linked to The Paseo walkway system which will connect to the Phase 1 building and all future buildings on campus. Site development of a 3-acre northern portion of the campus. The facility will also contain a central mechanical plant for the Downtown Campus.
