Project Description: A new 3 story, 200,000 sf building for the St. Phillip’s College for the Nursing and Allied Health Center, One Stop Center and Learning and Resource Center that includes administrative offices, classrooms, laboratories, computer rooms and shared spaces. New building includes new parking lot for 592 vehicles, new Central Plant, new site work and landscaped areas. Basic Services include Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Selection.

New Nursing and Allied Health Center (104,000 sf) that includes the following departments: Nursing, Histology, Surgery, Radiography, Sonography, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Care and Health Information Services.

New One Stop Center (34,000 sf) that includes the following departments: Business Office, Student Financial Services, Admissions and Residency, Advising, Assessment, International Student Services, Records and Registration, Veteran Affairs and Counseling and Transfer Center.

New Learning and Resource Center (64,000 sf) that includes the following areas: Circulation desk, Reference, Stacks, Serials, Exhibit Area, Archives, media Services, Tech Services and Center for Distance Learning.
