Project Description: Using the 1979 Brackenridge Park Master Plan as a foundation, Saldana and Associates Architects prepared a written and graphic analysis of the 1979 Master Plan, to cover a geographic area bound by Broadway, Mulberry, US 281, and Hildebrand Avenue. Project includes analysis of all circulation systems throughout the park - vehicular, pedestrian, bicycle, equestrian and associated parking issues; analysis of river bank erosion control, rehabilitation of picnic facilities and pavilions, security and other lighting issues, restroom rehabilitation, ADA Modifications, rehabilitation of woodlands and natural areas, landscape work, way finding signage, educational and interpretive features are a part of this project.
